Apparently, the original spelling of quay was key, although the thing in the lock has presumably never been spelled quay, which would be very confusing.
I was slightly confused as to which of these two would be preferable, but decided that the camera man had more blip appeal. 
The extra is a large set of keys which I placed on top of a wooden hand, carved by local wood artist, John Butler.
