35 year ...

Anniversary.

Yes, Mr C and I have been married a whopping 35 years. Pretty good going these days I think :-) and he surprised me with a ‘special‘ card (Mine was just an everyday card ), little heart plaque and a coral necklace and bracelet. Very lucky :-)

What seemed to set precedent for the rest of the week was a rather chilled day, sitting in the garden enjoying the warm sunshine and reading. Followed by a little trip out in the evening after supper with the hope it wouldn’t be too busy.

It had been a very warm, sunny day but on our drive over to Chapel Porth with mum the cloud started to roll in. Luckily, the sun popped back out whilst we were at the beach and I even had a paddle. The water was lovely. The cloud started coming in again when we were on the top cliff walking around Wheal Coates, an old tin mine.
