Shut-in

i had just enough time this morning to plant the cool-weather vegetables -- leeks, scallions, snow peas, lettuce, beets, cauliflower and bok choy.

then it rained (good for the plants). and it's still raining. hard.

i'm not much for being shut in, but it's a good excuse to pull out a book.
