Rain at last...

All last week they kept saying it was going to rain but we had none, until today.  We had a good amount and the garden was happy but hopefully we will get some more over the next few days.

The grass had started to go brown, we stopped watering it a few weeks ago as the water company were reporting issues which impacted some of the local villages.   It had a feed before the rain today so hopefully it will perk up soon.

We went to visit our old neighbours today in their new house, it is lovely and the garden is sooooo big.  I said to Rich if it was our garden I would not want to work and would just be out in the garden.  They seem to have settled in well.
