Sunshine

Certainly none here today. I was his sunshine until our little one arrived 33 years ago and then she was. I really need to print and frame some photos of her as she is now, but these have always been around since I first framed them. I do miss her when she is away and like all mums I still worry about her. Today she was travelling home and I asked her to let me know when she was back, she didn’t.
I did a run this morning and then a flow yoga session, which I haven’t done for a couple of weeks, and I can really feel it now.
Hubby requested a coffee and walnut cake, so that’s what he got.
We managed to walk early and stay dry, the run was in drizzle and our evening walk resulted in a complete change of cloths as i was so wet.
