Bumblebee as big as a horse

Busy morning and was just settling in my study when I heard a buzzing in a little pot on the window sill.  I picked up the pot and this vast bee came angrily out.  I managed to get it out of the window eventually and sat down, feeling a bit deflated as it flew off.  Vikram arrived and we decided to dismantle my study dressing room to make it look more plausible as a bedroom.  Involved packing a lot into the car which we took down to Hampshire.  Put the rail up in the spare room here.  Quiet evening but nice to be back in the cottage.
