Tomato flowers with hover fly

This was the best of several not very successful attempts to capture the hover flies in action on the tomato  plants in the early morning.
I then went down to the beach for a morning swim, which was great, and initially not too crowded, but after a while the hordes started amassing and I left them to it. There were some people there who'd just arrived from South Africa yesterday evening and were awaiting the results of their airport Covid 19 tests, so they should have been quarantining at home not on the beach mixing with the whole village on the busiest day  of the year!  I expect they'll be clear but I fear this sort of behaviour is all too common and will be our downfall.
I spent the rest of the day pottering in the garden which was pleasant though I didn't achieve a great deal.
