Colourful

Its been another wet, calm, warm and grey day.  We managed a short walk to the beach late morning when the rain eased which our grandson enjoyed.  The sea was very calm and a few people were mooching around.  
This afternoon one of our daughters old school friends paid a brief visit and watched the fun as our grandson ate his mashed avocado, all was consumed.  Another enjoyable day watching L slowly develop his crawling and vocal skills.

Todays blip is of a colourful flower in the front garden with its papery thin petals.
