Tedious

There was a mini socially distanced get together today, in spite of the rain which made us change venues (different garden with an outdoor covered porch area), to carry on the celebrations for a significant birthday that may be occurring next week. 
I'm stretching it out over a two week period with various different groups of friends - such fun! 
This absolutely delicious cake was made by one of my camera club friends - the topping under the fast melting cream (so humid still) was made with avocado and cocoa - so creamy it was more than yummy!  
Daisy got rather bored with us sitting around chatting and eventually settled on the back seat of my car watching us, yawning at length.  I think she felt she needed feeding as we were feasting - but she had to wait until 5.00 ish - her usual time for food!

Huge and heartfelt thanks to all who scattered hearts and stars on all my AOG entries. It was huge fun trying to find contestants daily - and returning them to their places after 'playing' with them!
