Just in case the storms come again!

Well I was rather pleasedwith myself by the end of today. A friend had asked me to play in our club tennis tournament with her. I haven't played competitive tennis in a long while, as I much prefer social tennis. But as she had asked me I agreed and although we didn't win we certainly gave our opponents a run for their money taking them to 3 sets in very hot sunshine (I think they were surprised which made it even mre pleasurable!!!). On the way home I managed to pick up our click and collect order from the supermarket and collect a 3 metre length of plastic pipe from the hardware shop. It was funny to watch the people in the car park work out how I was possibly gong to fit it in my little car. I reached into the boot and pulled out some cutters and cut it in half - well nearly half!!
I reached the end of the day with no Blip so this is my favourite rose which has just begun to produce the next round of blooms after the last set of wind and rain we had and now more is forecast so I thought it might be good to get a picture of them at their best.
