Sunflowers

At the start of lockdown I sowed some sunflower seeds. A month later they were ready to be potted on and I took three over to our neighbour who fosters 3 brothers. They said they would plant them and look after them.
A few days ago T sent me a photo of their progress.
A few texts later and we arranged to pop over this afternoon for tea and cake.
She made a fig sponge cake, from their own picked fruits. It was very tasty. And I had the chance to see the boys sunflowers.
