Day 153

A funny kind of day weather wise. Warm and a bit humid with heavy cloud giving an odd light. Lazy morning as Rona felt unwell when she got up. Sent her back to bed and when she woke up she was fine. I made some buttered apple slices from a paleo mix I got in Costco Friday. Very nice. In the freeer so will see how well they freeze.
After lunch we went for a short walk along the Thames ar Runnymede.
