HEN DO SPA DAY!! (vegans forever!)

Only 8 whole days to go until my bestest marries her beloved!!! We had a lovely, lovely day at Clarice House spa and this blip is of Caroline being measured by her mum for a garter!!!!! on the sly we had all been putting a loving stitch or embroidered item into the garter and now her mum will gather it together for Caroline to wear on the big day! sadly my stitched heart looked more like a bubble!!!


then hung out with my parents for a bit before wine with Caroline and Bex and a random viewing of Monsters Inc! (not your typical hen do movie!) my taxi driver home was a lovely chap and considering the relaxed snoozy day I've had we had a very active discussion about the food industry (100% horse meat in the Findus beef lasagnes being the news of the day!) and how he has recently gone vegan and he predicts this fiasco is just the tip of the iceberg. Maybe there will be an uprising and I'll stop feeling like a second class citizen for being vegetarian! We actually sat outside my house talking for a good 5 minutes, a surreal experience!

I don't feel like I could ever go vegan but I think I'll go buy some almond milk tomorrow following this meeting and see how that makes me feel...
