Ice Cream

Strawberry buttermilk ice cream.

This week, I finally got around to using some puréed roasted strawberries I froze at the beginning of summer (when we got more in a week than we could possibly eat) to make ice cream. So far, it has served as a post lunch dessert yesterday and today.
