Coffee break

What. A. Day.

My diary is getting a bit too busy at work, so I agreed to do a couple of Saturdays. It seemed like a good idea at the time!

It was all going so well....until my assistant got an urgent call to go home as a family member had been taken ill. This left me to fly solo.
Although our lovely manager kept me topped up with drinks, I didn’t get chance to drink any of them.
My 2pm finish turned into 2.40 which I wouldn’t have bothered about, except I had a lunch date with Mr A and a table booked at 2.30.
By the time I got to him, I was frazzled and both Mr A and this cup of coffee were a very welcome sight :-)
