Beetroot

Hank the Hedgehog & friend are amazed at our first Beetroot picked this morning. LOL!
I thought it was a good idea to check to see how the Beetroot were growing.
Must leave them a while longer.
The leaves are edible too, so they will go into a salad too. :)
