Wastwater Screes

The weather was set fair so we went west to our favourite lake, Wastwater.

Really busy there, as you would expect for a Saturday in August and lots of people enjoying the water (brave souls).

These are the famous screes and the people in paddle boats help to illustrate the scale of the place.

From their to the 'Sawmill' for lunch - a new place which was doing an amazing trade.  Good luck to them.
