Carrying on the tradition of "Fire Friday" which Luke and I started during lockdown, but changing it to a more convenient Saturday. D has invested in a fire resistant flight coverall from an online surplus shop :-) Jess is out of shot, messing about in the water.

Some lockdown behaviours are here to stay, and one of them is making time to talk to people. I intended to nip out for an hour's walk today but met several people and stopped to chat. It meant that I got less gardening done, but hey, the weeds can wait.

The embers are dying down now, time to cook our (vegan) BBQ. Hope you're all having a lovely weekend.
