Pittenweem Harbour

No fishing boats in Elie Harbour but there are plenty in Pittenweem and when they are all in they are packed like sardines in a tin.

Two fishermen were working on their nets are were very willing for me to photograph their hands at work the only proviso being that I shared the profits when the pictures hit the 'big' time!

Another day of no sun .... reasonably warm with a big, flat white sky. Last weekend of holiday for many so there were still plenty of folk queuing outside the ice cream shop for their final double cone of the summer.
