I don't think :-))  He has already eaten all the seed that T put out this morning.  Then sat on the fence waiting for him to fill the tray again.  when that wasn't happening he decided to sample the grass seed that T has put down in the bare patches of lawn.  He had made a frame with netting to put where the new seed was.  So 'Billy Bunter ' is now working out how he can get under the netting. Billy is going to be in such trouble if he succeeds.
