Flint Castle

Despite being less than 10 miles (one day's march) from my home in Chester, I'd never been to Flint castle. It's nothing fancy, but it does have some lovely views across the Dee estuary, nice thick walls, some interesting features, plenty of history and lots of blackberries along the coastal path. And its free to park and visit.
