This is rubbish!

Whatever I/we plan, add 30 minutes.
Plucked up the enthusiasm to fill the car with "stuff" for dump (sorry, shouldn't call it dump, should call it "recycling"). However on arrival you aren't allowed to just park and sort, I was given a specific bay and 75% of my rubbish went into the general skip. Only our old vacuum was taken elsewhere. Because of the new restrictions they aren't recycling as much as the used to.
