Gushing!

This is what my road turns into with heavy rain - and oh did it rain this afternoon! I hate to think what the houses down in the village were like with all this water rushing down to them!Luckily my builder had just packed up! Slate is nearly laid - it's looking lovely! I went back to the place I bought the paving to get special grouting that is quickly applied. On the way home I got stuck in traffic and a short distance crossing back into Cornwall from Devon - took me over  an hour to do under a mile!! Possibly caused by redirected traffic from an accident on the A30, but I've never seen a traffic jam like it on our roads before.
