We won’t be forgetting 2020 in a hurry, but thought I’d get a pin to remember the occasion. To be fair, Leo was pretty good at getting on with his homeschooling. Sounds like some of my colleagues had a far harder time.

I was hoping for a big storm and loads of rain to cool the day down. We got a few rumbles and a few drops but that was it. It has been a bit cooler though - just no storm drama.

The neighbours popped around to say they are about to replace their slowly disintegrating fence so soon he garden should look good again. They had planned to sort it a while ago but good old Covid put paid to that. It has just about hung in there but a few strong gusts would probably have seen it off.
