Tree Grayling
At this time of year, the morning dog circuit always takes in a few of these large dark butterfleis but today I managed a decent image of one and so can pretty confidently identify it as a Tree Grayling. The little two white spots below the 'eye' gives it away I am led to believe.
Two of DS#2's mates departed today and so a little quieter. Those who remained decided the campsite was the place to be seen in the evening.
