Lucky colour?

As the clouds started to gather, there were a few drops of rain and the air began to feel a little fresher, I spotted this guy in the High Street. His brightly coloured shorts seemed to defy the looming storm.  Perhaps they are is lucky coloured shorts which he wears to buy his lottery tickets?
