Salvia Scaling

On the penultimate day of competition all eyes were on the Salvia scaling competition. In the heavyweight bumble class Boris made a strong start confidently climbing to the top of the flower petal to imbibe the sugary nectar. A key technicality to balance nectar intake with the speed of scaling to minimise intoxication before concluding the spike.
