A slow morning with 1 cancelled tutor session phew! I was able to potter about and do a few jobs.

Today we had thunder rumbles and 2 short bursts of torrential rain but it was extremely welcome after temperatures if 37 degrees!!!

This evening we returned to the cinema after 5 months. It was great to get back. They are only taking 50% bookings but in reality there were only 5 couples in the big screen. We had a tasty burger meal as we watched the feel good film....Summerland. Well worth watching. A great monthiversary treat.

Bargain surprise NHS staff and family go free....great treat.
