Cityscape
Into the City Centre today, the first time I've driven in for years! I parked near where I took this shot - normally this street would be full of coaches, delivering tourists and taking them away. So no trouble finding a parking space.
This part of Edinburgh is rich in graveyards. This is the Canongate Cemetery, with the back of the church, looking up to Salisbury Crags. The extra is the Calton Cemetery, just down the road. I'd never been in there before - wouldn't fancy it on a dark winter's afternoon. The building with the turrets is part of the old Jail.
Back in the Borders now. Family fun tomorrow.
