Rendezvous
I lost my wife's car key today. I had to visit the dentist and got to the car park in a thunderstorm. Although I had an umbrella I was getting wet and I ran to the dentist's jumping puddles when necessary.
When I emerged an hour later I had lost the key; it wasn't in the dentist's so it must have fallen from my pocket during my energetic transit from car, perhaps to flow down a gulley. Woe was me!
So I had to ask a neighbour to bring the spare key and this was our rendezvous, the Shell station in St Neots. A kind gentleman . . .
It's going to cost a pretty penny to replace an Audi key, I suspect.
