The heat and humidity has been steadily building all day with temps peaking at 29 degrees this afternoon.
Thunder was already rumbling in the distance when I went down to Teignmouth for a swim.
The Back Beach was much quieter than yesterday.
Jorgie and I managed about 30 minutes in the water (amazingly warm!) before the sky suddenly darkened. 
We just made it back to the car before the heavens opened.
