Primary 1!

J all ready for his big adventure this morning. Apparently all went well and he is shattered!

When Fifi was J’s age she came home from school unexpectedly one day at lunchtime, not long after she started P1. We lived in Langholm at the time and the school was about 3/4 of a mile from our house. She had to cross the A7 to get home and climb Kirk Wynd which is very steep. I could not believe that she had navigated her way home her own. I was horrified to think what might have happened to her. Thankfully all was well and she was returned to school.

J has just FaceTimed us and although very tired he has had a good day! Phew!!

Went a walk with Ali, E and E this afternoon. Heard all about school yesterday. They go back to school on Monday.

Another warm day so Chloe was walked early . Another walk after dinner when it is cooler.
