Notes: Awake at the crack before 4a. Ordered a few Target things for pickup. Had a bike appt with Chris in Niwot at 12p and was quick - new seat that should also fix the right cleat (pulling on knee) problem. MLittle nap and then met Beth at Ska Brewery (was Fate Brewing) for catchup, beer and food - was really nice. Back around 8p, shower and to bed early.
