One way

Back in the Netherlands it took a while to adjust to life of work and being in a big city. We now have a one-way system for walking in the office, but there is still a ghostly silence with hardly anyone in. Computers are buzzing away with the people behind them working from home. Notes stuck on screens ‘do not use’, or ‘do not switch off, remote use’. What a strange world we live in.
