I spent the whole morning and much of the afternoon on Zoom meetings. When not doing that, I dealt with todays's emails. 

Late this afternoon I went for a jog, which was interrupted twice by telephone calls; this is my week of taking calls dealing with Mental Health Act matters. But there are also calls like the first of these two which is more to do with the length of stay in Emergency Department of someone who should be admitted to the inpatient unit.

Before my jog was interrupted by phone calls I saw this very Cool Cat in Copeland Street, Eden Terrace. Very handsome.
