Hot hot hot!

Luckily we escaped the thunderstorms and torrential rain. We only had a few rumbles and some lightning. Other parts of Scotland were not so lucky.
First day back at school and we all survived! The children were so happy to be back, lots of smiling faces greeted us this morning. They took all the changes in their stride. By lunchtime they were exhausted, me too! It was also very hot and little breeze. All in all a successful first day
