Made of wood and straw it is a piece of art on Wicken Fen, the extra is the outside. Got to car park early but still very hot and we did about three miles but kept stopping to give Hetty water and keep her in the shade as much as possible. Into Ely this afternoon and a walk along the river and up into the city, it Was too hot so went back to campsite and sat out with cold drinks. A little cooler after dinner so another stroll around the village. Very hot in van last night so left all the windows open and slept well but Hetty and I were out for a walk at 6:15 as she asked to go out.
