Cold water bottle

Juno is really struggling with the heat as we face yet another day of temperatures of 32-36 degrees. I saw a tip around freezing a half filled hot water bottle on Facebook and it worked a treat as she had a nap lying on it (wrapped in a towel - no frostbite!) The only trouble is when she then decided to give it a nibble with those razor sharp puppy teeth.

I was really wilting today and so relieved when the storm finally broke through and we had some very welcome rain that helped temperatures drop down into the 20s. I’m hoping to sleep better tonight.
