I'm with Casper on this one

Ugh, the worst day yet - just as hot, but with added mugginess.  Hopefully the last of the really hot days today though - for now at least.  When I spotted our neighbours' cat, Casper, out of the window, I knew exactly how he felt.  I wish I could've just laid down and given up, but I had a busy day of work to get through.

Made a nice cold mango salsa this evening, which we had with salmon and rice.  A little more cooking than I'd have liked, but at least it didn't take too long.

Thinking of my teenage niece and nephew today - one getting her A level results tomorrow, and the other getting his GCSEs next week - and both having a tough time of it.  It's not easy for them at the moment, poor loves.
