Naughty but nice

Two friends invited me to lunch at a garden centre.  I treated myself to ham, egg and chips and iced coffee.  Got 50% off thanks to the government and it will save me cooking tonight.  I did buy  three small garden implements, a plant and a nightdress - as you do!
Then returned to J's garden for iced squash.  I find it very hard to keep up my liqid intake and have to force myself to drink more.
Very small thunderstorm with a sprinkling of rain tonight.  I am hoping it is enough for me not to water as the butt is nearly empty and takes forever to fill a watering can.
Best news of the day was that No2 grandson who was made redundant has got a job.  Well done M.

Took me forever to upload this photo as Windows has done an update and took me ages to get photo from camera to computer.  Grrrrh!
