Pinch of Nom

I received a message out of the blue this morning, from a lady from ‘Pinch of Nom’, asking if I would grant them permission to use my photo on their website and social media channels, in exchange for some ‘swag’.

Of course I said yes!

When I joined Slimming World, PON recipes were an absolute gem of a find; many times I’d cook a meal and Mr A would dispute it being ‘diet food’.

The recipe in question is for baked oats & this is the photo they want to use; I love making these as not only do they make a lovely breakfast muffin, they’re nice as a dessert :-)
