Hot in the city

Hottest day of the year today and looking like it will get hotter. This morning I had my annual health check which ended with a rather unexpected biopsy. Fingers crossed for the results which I will get back next Wednesday.

Afternoon was spent participating in two webinars. So I was happy to put my feet up this evening. But then my watch told me to stop being idle so the woofer and I had a good walk. It was still very humid even at 21:00.
