Fan

Paella night!  Margarita night too!  This is where it started - somebody had been making Margaritas and had a tray of limes and a bottle of Tequila with some dregs (wrong word) of Cointreau.  With the warm night, a beautiful garden and no need for a fire pit to keep warm it all went down rather well.  We British, with our usual chilly nights, cannot believe how many warm Continental style nights we are having.  Only cooled as sun went down.  As well  as how different Covid has made this year we will remember it for nights such as this.  Magic. The fan?  - it has been my constant companion and to add extra coolness we ran the hosepipe over all our legs and feet when my friend thought the two little pugs needed a hose to cool down. Just need to decide who will host next Tuesday and provide cocktails and food.  I think this used to be a Book Club meeting but it seems to have got lost. Somebody has a book of cocktails so there is a loose connection. Just hope our livers survive the Summer.
