‘Winter’ at Wisley

Went to RHS Wisley for 9.30am and had a nice walk around. This is the third blip of four of the Philip Hesse figures which are on display there. A lovely sunny, very hot, day. 25C on leaving home, 26.5 on arrival at Wisley, 31C on leaving W Isley and 33-36C back at home.
At Wisley interesting to compare their veg garden with ours....there beans are behind ours. Also looked at the various raspberries on trial. We have Autumn Bliss variety which have started to fruit already, very early. The ones at Wisley do not have anything but green fruit.

Afternoon spent doing paperwork in air conditioned room.

Went for quick bike ride to deliver veg to a friend and quick look in Home Park after 6 pm. Still over 30C and very few
People about.
