Not Standing Still

The wonders of digital cameras and what they can do march on. This photo was taken with the 2003 compact Leica. It doesn't have a burst facility and it's almost all auto. I wanted to get a shot of Ian bravely crossing the stream on the ladder. I wimped out of trying it  myself. The camera chose to use it's flash and couldn't cope with the movement.

On the other hand maybe it shows a bit of motion and action so I thought I would post it anyway. 

Whatever, well done to Ian for making the crossing. That's a narrow ladder with several slats missing tilting upwards.
