Sunbird....

Not a great photo - heavily cropped as it was so high up in the tree!  In the last week suddenly the tree has sprouted, spring is definitely here!  There were quite a few birds around today but actually finding them to take a picture was a challenge!

Have a sore leg today - I have sciatica and sometimes my leg is really painful!  Went for a walk at sunrise and for the first kilometre it was very painful but then it loosened up and I was fine!  The joys of getting old I think!

So Zambia is now open for tourists (not that we have many flights coming in yet)!  They need a Covic-19 negative certificate but will not have to quarantine!  However, a returning resident also needs a Covid-19 negative certificate but has to quarantine!  Some of the rules just don't make sense!!
