Dancing and Pilates done me and the girl headed into town for an afternoon at the Florence Nightingale museum followed by cakes at LPQ on the Southbank. Great to be out and about in town. And my little lady is very good company.

Tonight I'm heading to a 40th birthday party. I hope the excitement of being out doesn't make me too giddy.

Flying solo tonight as Carl walks the tightrope of wellness/lurgy. I hope the coldness of being at the Chelsea match with Jackson and a friend hasn't done too much harm. Perhaps a mighty display of footballing magic has been distracting. Though a wet Feb match against Wigan seems an unlikely spot for such things.
