Nuthatch
Yesterday the weather forecast for today was a fine day. We woke this morning to a forecast of rain all day and we got snow all morning.
The result has been loads of birds in the garden. I had hoped to get a decent shot of a bramling but they refused to play and stayed too far away.
We occasionally get a male and female nuthatch in the garden. They are attracted by the sunflower seeds. This one duly obliged although the dull light, sleet and wind did make getting a shot interesting.
Thanks to all for taking yesterday's grey wagtail to the spotlight.
Now bring on the rugby.
