Diggers and Dreamers

So, the working day was interspersed with courgette cake encouragements, with some shredded courgette salad for lunch, followed by the rest of the stuffed courgette with the first proper crop of runner beans for supper.
I thought shopping after work would be okay but the roads were like morning rush hour and then the van overheated so I called in at the hospital to get some water from the office and carried on to the supermarket.
After supper and watching the deeply saddening last episode of Once Upon a Time in Iraq I went for a stroll. It was sultry and the sky was constantly lit up by distant lightening.
