A day preparing for Phase 35b of the Bolt Hole trimming up. Commences next weekend and will probably include renewing weatherboard and / or new external door and base for patio. Obviously all weather dependant. The Aberdeins were at the Moaness Pier tonight to make sure we've left the island.

A very dull day enlightened by a quick sunny burst, giving way to a bog-standard phone pic.

Dougal and mesel' are still in trouble. Dougal cooked us a great meal on Sat evening. During a long evening we attempted the crossword, with our carers. Clue 42 across was 'Deeply distressing experience'. Almost in synch we both said 'Marraige'. Full of Clynelish bravado it seemed like a good idea at the time.

Now we are both in hiding.
